Lishan Oolong is produced in Lishan tea area at an altitude of 1,800 to 2,500 meters with sandy and well drained soil. The rainy climate in the mountains of Taiwan is very beneficial for tea growth. The tea is hand picked and made by experienced tea master. Lishan Oolong is with high aroma and a refreshing taste, yellow and clear in colour, exudes the unique fresh fruit aroma of Lishan tea area. Excellent for multiple steeping and it retains the fragrance well after several brew. Highly recommended for tea lovers.
Steeping Guide：
- Warm up the tea vessel with boiling water, take an appropriate amount of tea leaves, around 3-5g
- Rinse with hot water for 2 seconds to wake up the tea, steep in the hot water (~150ml) for about 1 minute according to personal taste, then serve
- Excellent for multiple steeping, add additional 30 seconds for each subsequent re-steep
- Recommended Water Temperature: 90-95°C
Storage: Please store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight
**To better keep the freshness, please take out the enclosed oxygen absorber after opening, keep the tea leaves sealed. It is recommended to use a small tea pot or Gaiwan for the best of its unique flavour.
