Phoenix Dancong tea is produced in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. It is named because of the nearby Phoenix mountain. It is a semi-fermented oolong tea. Dancong refers to a tea tree that has been identified as having a unique and excellent aroma after years of testing. Single-plant picking and single-plant tea making are carried out, and the excellent single plants are separated and cultivated, and named by individual tree. Phoenix Dancong Tea has a rich and varied aroma, which is very charming. It is known as the "perfume in tea".
This Phoenix Dancong tea is made of high mountain tea leaves and produced with traditional craftsmanship. The tea is moist, plump and dark green, delicate and fragrant. The tea soup is golden yellow in color, rich aroma, floral fragrance and long sweet aftertaste.
The major tip of brewing is "fast", with 100°C boiling water to stimulate the fragrance of the tea.
Brewing Guide：

Warm up the tea vessels with boiling water, take an appropriate amount of tea (5-8g or according to personal taste)
- Rinse the tea leaves for 2 seconds to wake up the tea, pour with around 150ml boiling water
- The first to third brews can be served immediately. For subsequent brews, it can be extended according to personal preferences, it is not recommended to steep too long
- Recommended water: mineral water, purified water
- Recommended water temperature: 100°C
